Project: Kawaii's Movie Magic Animation // Client: Target // Project Overview: FWYstudios was commissioned by Target to create "Movie Magic", an eye-catching animation short that presents the characters of FriendsWithYou’s newest brand, Kawaii Island. "Movie Magic" features Target’s famous mascot Bullseye, directing the cast of Kawaii Island through the scenes of many classical film genres. This short animation spans from Sci-Fi to Western and ends in a tender love scene that zooms out to reveal an entire world that is happy and filled with love in the shape of a giant Target planet. Kawaii Island’s debut was a big success, running on the giant Target event screens in Victoria Park Dallas and LA Live.
